Hi Knotme,

This is strange, so you could aces the beta before and now it plays up again? Does the problems resemble the thing you had before?

And the normal client is that one working atm?

Certainly try a alternative browser and see what that does, but it seems you already got those suggestions .

I get your point Ita2010 but not for this specific race.

We have plenty of open races as well, and a good suggestion was made to run a the classic Whitbread course in the future. Then we have a more limited set of ports and wp's to contend with. A true long distance ocean race with all possible options open.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: We have included a additional mark north of the Philippines. Please reload to see the change.

We realize this has a big impact on the practice rankings atm, but we feel its important to make the change as soon as possible to allow people to prepare for the race itself.

If there was a quick way to set the mark as rounded for all boats we would have done so.

If you have Cape Engano on your route you have the latest course already loaded.

Hi Shamrock, the current plan is to close the leg 3 at race day from leg 4. And I believe I have put that into the post on the front page. So at around 6:00 UTC the 19th just before towback of leg 4.

A running race is not preventing us from running a new one, we do this all the time. But we try to keep the active number of races limited to reduce server loads and optimize for a new leg start. It also limits the races we have to watch as a admin, keeping the level of support high.

I will also make several notices of the expected race close in the chat like I did last race.

Hi Careka, its not provider related and it seems to occur on more then one OS. Some of the new files did not update correctly on all systems.
We are looking for a fix too force this. Strangely clearing Cache and flash related storage does not seem to get rid of the old file. So hang in there a little longer.

I have experienced the same problem and did some testing myself, we are trying to get a fix out as soon as possible.

Chrome ran okay for me and no luck in Firefox and Safari on the mac. But I did beta testing on this machine so that could explain Crome was having no issues.

I have had a look into this and there are some flash related things we can try to clear to repair this for you.

Have a look here: And clear the flash related local storage as well.

To access the local Flash Player Settings Manager that is native to your operating system:

Windows: click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Flash Player
Macintosh: System Preferences (under Other) click Flash Player
